Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. For beauty items, this means they must not have been used, opened, or tampered with in any way. Any packaging seals or shrink-wrap should remain intact. For skincare and makeup products, returns are only accepted if they are still in their original, unused packaging to ensure your safety and hygiene.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we will require proof of purchase in the form of an order number, receipt, or other documentation proving the original sale.
- Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized products, promotional or clearance sale items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to their unique nature or specific conditions of sale. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
How to Return a Product:
We aim to make returns as easy as possible. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at info@worldbina.com or call (973) 248-0981 to inform us of your intent to return the item. Be sure to include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and specific instructions for returning the item. This step helps us ensure the return is processed quickly and accurately.
Shipping the Product Back: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and seals. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you choose an exchange, the new item will be sent to you once the returned product is received and processed.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or was an error on our part, please contact us immediately at info@worldbina.com. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a replacement item. We may request photographs of the damaged or defective item for verification purposes.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include, but are not limited to:

- Makeup items (if opened or used)
- Any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds:

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once the returned product is received, we will ship out your new item. If there is a price difference, you will either be refunded the difference or charged the additional amount, depending on the exchange.
