
Refund and Returns Policy

At Worldbina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy to understand the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They should be in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons. These include:
- Skincare products (if opened or used)
- Hair care products (if opened or used)
- Cosmetics (if opened or used)
- Gift cards, sale items, or any products marked as non-returnable
Please note that Worldbina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@worldbina.com or call (973) 248-0981 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly written on the return package to avoid delays.
- Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned to us.
- Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is accepted, we will process your refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for opened or used products. This will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@worldbina.com or (973) 248-0981. We will provide you with a return shipping label and either offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and the product’s availability.
Please take clear photographs of any damage or defects and include them in your return request for faster processing.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you must follow our standard return process once you receive the item.
7. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, please note that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. We can offer store credit for returns made by gift recipients.
8. Exceptions
Some items may be subject to special return conditions. If there are exceptions to our standard policy for certain items, they will be noted on the product page before checkout.
